1. Scope of Services

Pex Graphics provides creative and digital solutions tailored to client needs. Services include but are not limited to: graphic design, branding, UI/UX design, website development, video editing, mobile applications, and machine learning solutions. Each project begins with a consultation to establish objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and content created by Pex Graphics remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

3. Payments & Pricing

Our pricing reflects global best practices and the quality of our expertise. Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, will be clearly outlined in the project agreement. Delayed payments may result in paused work or project suspension until balance is settled.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate information, feedback, and materials in a timely manner. Delays in communication may extend project timelines. Any additional requests or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

Pex Graphics respects the confidentiality of all client materials and information. We do not disclose, share, or sell client data to third parties. Mutual trust and discretion form the foundation of our collaborations.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, Pex Graphics shall not be held liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits, delays, or unforeseen technical issues beyond our control. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the specific project.

7. Revisions & Delivery

Each project includes a defined number of revisions, agreed upon at the start. Additional revisions are subject to extra charges. Final deliverables will be shared in standard formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF, MP4, or code files) unless otherwise specified.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved amicably where possible, or through proper legal channels when necessary.
